Arvind Kapur
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Arvind is passionate about technology, entrepreneurship and the art and science of managing fast-growth companies. Arvind works closely with the leadership team to set strategy and foster a culture of innovation.

Before co-founding Saggezza, Arvind was COO at Cymbal Technologies, a system integration company focused on providing telecommunications customers with deep expertise in the OSS/BSS layer. Prior to Cymbal he was CEO and co-founder of CapacityWeb, a venture capital backed company developing supply-chain software products. Earlier in his career Arvind worked at McKinsey, and before that he held several field engineering positions in Africa, Europe and Asia at Schlumberger, an oilfield services company.

He earned a bachelor's in engineering from IIT, New Delhi and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Arvind is keen on golf, squash and whisky.

Socka Suppiah
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Socka is responsible for Saggezza's global operations and strategic business development.

Before co-founding Saggezza, Socka was a key member Cymbal Technologies' leadership team where he was responsible for acquisition and management of strategic clients. He was responsible for Cymbal's relationship with SBC Communications (now AT&T) which at the time was the largest global sourcing program in the telecom services industry. Cymbal was acquired by Patni. Socka began his professional career in Andersen Consulting's Technology Integration Services' practice in 1991. He has diverse technology consulting experience in Retail, Communications, High-Tech, Media and State Government clients.

Socka enjoys spending time with his wife and his three children, and assisting towards charitable causes.

Jeff Hiser
Senior Vice President, Head of North America Operations

Jeff joined Saggezza in 2008 and has led the rapid growth of the North America business unit. With more than 17 years of technology consulting experience, Jeff is highly focused on maximizing value for customers and delivering innovation through a highly collaborative, client-focused and results-driven approach.

After beginning his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Jeff was a key member of the leadership team that grew Inforte Corporation from start-up, to a regional US consulting organization, and ultimately into a publicly-traded global professional services firm. After Inforte Jeff joined Fathom Solutions which was acquired by Cognizant where he led the integration of Fathom into Cognizant and had overall responsibility for the telecom consulting business in North America.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, dining out and traveling on family vacations.

TT Balaji
Chief Technology Officer

Balaji is responsible for crafting Saggezza's solution offerings. He also owns the task of sifting through the technology babble and identifying the technologies and platforms which will emerge as the viable enterprise computing platforms of the next innovation cycle.

Before Saggezza, he ran an entrepreneurial consulting business for 7 years. During this period he served in roles including CTO and Director of Product Management with several technology startups. Previously, he was Sr. VP of Technology at Cymbal (sold to Patni).

In his 16+ years in Silicon Valley he has led strategic engagements for Netscape, Ariba, Selectica, TIBCO, Motorola, Cisco, 3 ,HP, Alcatel Lucent and Blockbuster and co-founded four tech startups in  the Consumer Internet, Enterprise Software and Services spaces.

Balaji is an active member of a charity organization with a focus on helping the less fortunate get education and self-sustenance skills.

Martin Williams
Managing Director, Head of UK Operations

Martin is based in London and is responsible for business development and delivery of projects for all of our European clients.

Previously, he was Director of Product Management at eGate Solutions in the aviation industry. Based in London and Washington DC, he was in the senior leadership team and responsible for developing and commercializing a suite of planning and management software for airline service management.

Martin has a passion for technology and held a series of senior technical positions before moving to more operations and business focused roles. His first degree is in International Business and he holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School in the UK.

Martin enjoys dinghy sailing and adventure travel - he has crossed Africa in a flatbed truck and travelled overland from Bangkok to London.

Iqbal Sait
Managing Director, Head of India Operations

Iqbal is responsible for the primary offshore delivery center serving Saggezza's clients around the globe. He is also responsible for business development in India and South East Asia.

He has over 15 years of experience including 11 years of consulting experience at Fortune 500 companies where he successfully implemented large projects bridging Operations Management, Electronic Content Management and Workflow technologies at companies such as JP Morgan and Pfizer. Iqbal began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories where he developed computer simulation models as a Member of Technical Staff.

He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a master's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Iqbal is a keen sportsman, having played competitive field hockey and squash and has recently found a passion for golf.
